The Lake of the Ozarks is a 90-mile body of water surrounded by over 1200 miles of shoreline. Visitors come to enjoy skiing, fishing, swimming, boating, parasailing and a host of other water sports and activities.

Blue Anchor Bay is situated on the Gravois arm in Laurie, or the "quiet side of the Lake," but we're just a short boat ride from some of the Lake's most famous hotspots, such as Toad Cove on Horseshoe Bend.

The Lake West Cinema movie theatre is just a short drive down State Rd. 'O' from the condominiums. This is the Lake's newest 5-screen movie theatre, seating over 700 people and offering first run feature films, state of the art projection equipment and DTS sound system for selected movies. Also on State Rd 'O', you'll find Indian Rock Golf Course: with scenic holes, Bermuda fairways and elevated greens. The signature par 3 hole is played over a beautiful lake to the green protected by giant Indian rocks.

For nature lovers, Ha Ha Tonka State Park and Bridal cave are a must see. Bridal cave is located in Camdenton on Lake Rd 5-88, just a short drive from Laurie. It is rated as one of the most scenic caves in America; guides lead you over concrete pathways through giant columns, delicate soda straws, massive draperies and more onyx formations that any other known cave or cavern. Ha Ha Tonka State Park is located on State Rd D just five miles outside of Camdenton. The 3000 acre park is located on the Niangua arm of the Lake of the Ozarks and is a geological wonderland: See protected sinkholes, caves, a natural bridge, soaring bluffs and Missouri's twelfth largest natural spring. Fifteen miles of trail traverse the park, leading visitors through spectacular scenery, natural wonders and the famous castle ruins. Gates open at 8am to the public. The Lake is also host to many festivals, sporting events and specialty shows each year. The Lake West Chamber provides tourist information for the Laurie side of the Lake.
